The vehicles of the victims of the Jeju Air plane disaster at Muan International Airport will be handed over to the bereaved family starting tomorrow.

To that end, authorities will receive applications to hand over vehicles to bereaved families in front of Gate 3 on the second floor of the airport at 1 p.m. today.

The authorities plan to ask the manufacturer for cooperation if there is no vehicle key and pay it to the bereaved family as soon as the vehicle key is prepared.

It is said that it will take about a month for imported cars and a week for domestic cars.

A Jeollanam-do official said, "All 12 domestic vehicle insurance companies have cooperated to provide free vehicle towing services," adding, "We will do our best to deliver the vehicle on time according to the time and place the bereaved families want."
