Actor Yeon Si-woo has been cast in tvN X TVING's new drama 'Wonkyung.'
The
drama 'Wongyeong' (directed by Kim Sang-ho/scripted by Lee Young-mi/produced by Studio Dragon/JS Pictures) depicts a hot story hidden between the king and queen, husband and wife, centered on Queen Won-kyung (played by Cha Joo-young), who gained power with her husband Taejong Lee Bang-won (Lee Hyun-wook). The narrative of these couples, known as political partners, is newly interpreted from a perspective of perspective.
Yeon Si-woo stars as Gwonseon in the play. Gwonseon, who is from a powerful Yangban family and has outstanding artistic talent and strong will, is a person who leads an important conflict in the play.
Yeon Si-woo has appeared in tvN's "Wise Doctor Life Season 2" and Netflix's "Kingdom: Asinjeon" since his debut as an idol "Annie" in the KBS drama "Imitation." He impressed viewers by playing his school days as Eom Jung-hwa in tvN's "Our Blues."
