Some of Hannam-daero's traffic has resumed...The direction of the city continues to be controlled.

Due to the anti-impeachment rally in front of the presidential residence in Yoon Suk Yeol, some traffic to Hannam-daero in Seoul, where all seven lanes in both directions were closed overnight, has resumed.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Transportation Information Center said that the two-lane road from the south of North Korea to the Hannam Bridge has resumed.

However, the two-way road from Hannam Bridge to the north-south direction, as well as the Namsan Tunnel 1 collection road, is still closed.
