French musical 'Don Juan' original performance in Korea after 19 years

The original team of the French musical Don João, who can feel the passion of Spain, will meet local audiences for the first time in 19 years.

Mast Entertainment said Don Joao's original performance will take place at the Seoul Arts Center's Opera House from April 4-13 this year.

The rarefied playboy and legendary figure Don Joao has been featured in various forms of art, including plays and novels, for centuries and has been called an icon of Western culture.

The musical, co-produced in France and Canada, was joined by director "Jill Ma" of France's biggest box office musical "Notre Dame de Paris" and producer "Charl Tara and Nicholas Tara".

The play, which unfolds in song without dialogue, premiered in Canada in February 2004 and is believed to have been watched by more than 600,000 viewers worldwide.
