The first cold wave warning was issued in Seoul this winter.

This is because the cold wave below minus 12 degrees Celsius is expected to last for more than two days. The fermentation time is 9 o'clock tonight.

As the temperature has remained higher than in previous years, there has been no strong cold in Seoul at the level of a cold wave warning.

In fact, this is the strongest cold wave of the winter.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said today that the temperature felt throughout the day in Seoul and other metropolitan areas is between minus 5 degrees and minus 10 degrees,

Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, the temperature in Seoul is expected to drop to minus 12 degrees Celsius.

The morning wind chill in the Seoul metropolitan area is expected to plunge to around minus 20 degrees Celsius.

The wind chill is expected to remain around minus 15 degrees Celsius even in the middle of the day, so the strongest cold wave is expected to rage this winter until the morning after today and tomorrow.

Currently, cold wave warnings have been expanded not only in Seoul but also throughout the central part.

Cold wave warning areas below minus 15 degrees Celsius have also been extended from northern Gangwon to all parts of Gangwon, northeastern Gyeonggi Province, Chungbuk, and northern Gyeongbuk.

The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said that the cold wave will continue for a long time until the morning of the weekend after the peak, and asked them to prepare for freezing and freezing accidents.
