Yes, with temperatures plummeting overnight, Seoul's temperature is expected to be -12 degrees tomorrow morning and the wind chill is expected to be -18 degrees.

Therefore, the first "Hanpa Special Report" was issued in Seoul this winter.

The problem is that the cold is raging even during the day, and tomorrow, the temperature will remain around -14 degrees even in the middle of the day.

As the strongest cold wave will come this winter, you should prepare well for the cold.

With the cold wave continuing until the morning of the day after tomorrow, the cold wave warning has been expanded and strengthened inland.

In particular, northeastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, northern Chungcheongbuk-do, and northeastern Gyeongbuk mountains are "a cold wave warning."

It will drop to -15 degrees in Chuncheon, -12 degrees in Seoul, and -7 degrees in Daegu tomorrow morning.

The daytime temperature will only be -7 degrees in Seoul, -2 degrees in Gwangju, and -3 degrees in Daegu, and the freezing temperature will rise below zero.

Snow is falling in the south of Chungcheong in the extreme cold.
