First of all, even if we refund it up to two days before departure, we will charge 400 won and 5% of the receipt up to one day to prevent so-called "don't ask reservations."

In addition, on the day of departure, the criteria for imposing penalties based on the timing of refunds will be doubled from 5 percent to 10 percent until three hours before departure, 10 percent to 20 percent from three hours before departure, and 15 percent to 30 percent by 20 minutes after departure.

The changed penalty standard will be applied when you cancel your 10-day Lunar New Year train ticket from the 24th to February 2nd.

SR also added that on the 13th and 14th, it will operate preferential reservations through online reservation-only websites and phone reception for customers of route, disabled and national merit, and online reservations will be operated for the entire nation on the 15th and 16th.
