According to A, the mother-in-law boarded bus 77 in Busan at around 8:20 a.m. on the 2nd for her grandchild's attendance. The mother-in-law sat with her child in the seat of two, and a female passenger in her 20s sat next to her.
A said, "While the mother-in-law was lifting the child's legs well, the moment the arm touched the woman, the woman punched the child in the face without time to defend her. "Not just once, but several attacks were carried out with the palm of my hand," he said.
The child who was hit by the woman had nosebleeds in both noses, and the mother-in-law reflexively blocked the child's face. However, the woman grabbed her mother-in-law's arm with one hand and bit her with her teeth, A said.
