At around 8:50 p.m. yesterday (7th), a K3 vehicle hit a Starex vehicle that was overturned on the road at 44.5 kilometers toward Gwangju Daegu Expressway in Jusaeng-myeon, Namwon-si, Jeollabuk-do.An accident involving
seriously injured 50 people in a Starex, and five other occupants of the two vehicles were also injured and are being treated in hospital.
A police official said, "At the time, the tire was damaged and the Starex vehicle appeared to have been overturned in the road," adding, "We are investigating the exact circumstances."
