Yoon Suk Yeol's approval rating is in the low 20% range, according to a poll.

According to Gallup Korea's survey of 1,001 people aged 18 or older nationwide for three days from the 15th, President Yoon's positive assessment of job performance was 22% and negative assessment was 69%, respectively.

Positive ratings were down 1%p from the previous survey, three weeks ago, and negative ratings were up 1%p.

As a reason for positive evaluation of President Yoon's job performance, diplomacy was the highest at 36%, followed by defense and security.

The economy, people's livelihoods, and prices accounted for 15% of the reasons for the negative evaluation, and the problem of First Lady Kim Gun-hee accounted for 14%.

In terms of party support, the power of the people fell 3%p from the previous survey to 28%, while the Democratic Party of Korea fell 2%p to 30%.

The Cho Kuk Innovation Party was 8% and the Reform New Party was 3%.

Sixty-three percent of the respondents said Kim Gun-hee should undergo an independent counsel regarding allegations of accepting luxury bags and involvement in Deutsche Motors' stock price manipulation.

26% of the respondents said it was not necessary.In response to Mrs.

Kim's public activities, 67% of respondents said it should be reduced, and 19% said the present is appropriate.

4% said it should be increased, while 11% said they had to reserve their opinion.
