The bereaved family of a victim in his 30s who died in a "drunk reverse driving" accident in a tunnel in Yeongwol, Gangwon-do, appealed for stronger punishment for drunk driving.

A said about the victim, "I lived a wonderful life as a breadwinner and a man," adding, "Two days before the accident, I moved to Seoul, where I dreamed of, and drew a happy future with my wife and two children."
