13 days after the drunk driving accident, I attended Yongsan Police Station in Seoul and was investigated.

Moon, who attended with his lawyer, delivered an apology to reporters just before the investigation.
I'm ashamed and sorry that I did something big that I shouldn't have done, and I said I'll live with self-reflection so that this doesn't happen again.
He also thanked the victim taxi driver for accepting the apology as if he had the agreement in mind.
Moon is accused of hitting a taxi while drinking and driving near the Hamilton Hotel in Itaewon, Seoul, at around 2:50 a.m. on the 5th.
As a result of the police's sobriety test, Moon's blood alcohol level was 0.149%, which was intoxicated.
The CCTV on the road showed Moon driving as if he was driving a passerby in an alley after getting into the car drunk and stumbling.
Also, he was seen turning left even though it was a red light in the right-turn lane.
In this investigation, the police reportedly asked Moon about the alleged violation of traffic laws, including the specific amount of alcohol consumed and the details of the accident.
Based on this investigation, the police plan to review the level of charges and punishments to be applied to Moon.
