As a result of the psychiatric evaluation, it was analyzed that Kim Leah controlled and obsessed with the other party due to anxiety and fear of breaking the relationship, and the first trial court sentenced him to life imprisonment, saying that even considering these psychological characteristics, he could not reflect them in favor of sentencing as he committed the crime on a planned basis.
