An error occurred in the T-Money computer network that operates the ticketing system for high-speed and intercity bus terminals nationwide.

As a result, ticket and ticketing services were virtually suspended at 140 express and intercity bus terminals nationwide, including Seoul Express Bus Terminal.

In addition to buying tickets at the site, passengers who reserved them in advance on the Internet could not get on the bus in time, causing great congestion at terminals across the country.

In the process of checking each passenger's purchase, some express buses failed to depart on time.

[Bus passengers: First of all, the tickets can't be checked, so there's a lot of people at the terminal and it's crowded and crowded. I came because I was told to go to the terminal where the news is coming out early.]

Some taxis using the T-Money app have also experienced problems registering for driving and collecting fees.

[Taxi Driver: The operation starts when you log in. It can be operated when the T-money screen situation appears. But if you can't log in, you won't be able to do anything. You can't drive.]

At around 11:41 a.m., there was an electricity supply failure between Jeonju Station and Iksan Station on the Jeolla Line, which is used by Korail and SRT trains together.

As a result, a total of 11 trains on the Jeolla line were delayed from 10 minutes to up to 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Currently, the train is operating normally because emergency restoration has been made for the section of the disability.

Korail is investigating the cause of the failure.
