North Korea's analysis of the drones that crashed in Pyongyang confirmed that Baengnyeong Island in the West Sea was the take-off point, and repeatedly claimed that the main body of the flight was the South Korean military.

The Korean Central News Agency reported today that a spokesman for North Korea's Defense Ministry has announced the final results of its investigation into the drone incident.

A spokesman for the Ministry of National Defense said the analysis showed that the drone, which took off from Baengnyeong Island at 23:25 on October 8, flew past the sea to the surrounding sea of Namjoap Island, changed and broke into the sky over our capital through the Cheonlima area in Nampo City.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the subway also produced and released a graphic showing the flight path at 1:32 on October 9, analyzing that they sprayed political instigation filth over Seungri's station and over the Ministry of National Defense's building at 1:35.

The flight control program recorded 238 flight plans and flight histories drawn up between June 5, 2023, and October 8, 2024, with all but the Oct. 8 data being flown within South Korea's territory, it added.

A Defense Ministry spokesman said, "The South Korean military, which has persistently avoided responsibility, has proven to be a low-key and unscrupulous provocative identity," threatening that if the country's sovereignty is violated again, the origin of the provocation will disappear forever.
