Acting President Choi Sang-mok has set out to pursue an unprecedented acting system.

First of all, we started to set up an emergency government 'one team' while receiving work reports focusing on diplomacy and defense.

If even acting Choi Sang-mok is impeached, the function of the State Council, the highest deliberative body in the state, will be paralyzed.

[Choi Sang-mok / Acting President and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategy and Finance (27th, National Security Council): This is the first national emergency in the history of the Constitution. It is time to make all-out efforts to protect the safety of the Republic of Korea and the lives and safety of our people.

Acting President Choi Sang-mok, who has three roles to play as president and prime minister, deputy prime minister for economy and deputy prime minister, focused on figuring out his work instead of his official outside schedule over the weekend.

It is said to have received intensive reports on diplomacy and defense.

We are also considering how to operate an emergency government.

Unlike the Prime Minister's Office, there is no organization in the Ministry of Economy and Finance to be in charge of the main duties of the acting authority, including the Cabinet meeting.

With acting Choi at the peak, organizations such as the Prime Minister's Office, the National Security Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of National Defense are expected to share their roles.

The rising fire in the economic sector is maintaining foreign credibility.

If the national credit rating or rating outlook is downgraded, the damage will be caused to the entire nation.

The deputy prime minister has never served as acting president and prime minister, and there are no specific laws, no precedents and precedents.

The scope of authority is also subject to consideration whether maintaining the status quo is the best or whether it is possible to make an active judgment.

This is especially true of political issues.

The opposition party calls for the appointment of a constitutional judge and the promulgation of the so-called bilateral special prosecution law (Kim Gun-hee's independent counsel law, the independent counsel law for civil war), and emphasizes that if they do not cooperate, they will have no choice but to impeach and that the ruling party should oppose it.
