Five hours after the accident, Jeju Air representatives and executives stood in front of the reporters with a mournful look on their faces.

He bowed deeply, expressing his condolences and apologies to the victims and their bereaved families.

Regardless of the reason, 260 executives and employees were dispatched to the scene of the accident to support the bereaved families.

The exact cause of the accident was under investigation by government agencies such as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, he declined to say.

However, he explained that the crashed aircraft had no accident history and no problems were found in the daily maintenance process before and after departure.
