The 22nd first parliamentary audit also turned around and entered the second half.

Suspicions of First Lady Kim Gun-hee and judicial risks of Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung seem to be sucking up all issues throughout the parliamentary inspection, and this week's battle is expected to intensify.

I'm connecting you with a reporter from the National Assembly. Reporter PARK JEONG HYUN!

The parliamentary audit is entering the second half.

This week's National Audit Outlook, please tell us in detail!

[Reporter]
Yes, the government audit, which began on the 7th, is entering its third week.

Most of the standing committees have begun a comprehensive audit this week, and the audit schedule has also been finalized.

This week, the dispute between the ruling and opposition parties over the suspicion of Kim Gun-hee and the judicial risk of Lee Jae-myung is expected to reach its peak.

Kang Hye-kyung, a key official of Kim Gun-hee's Suspicion of Intervention in the Nomination, is selected as a witness at the National Assembly's Legislative Judicial Committee, which will conduct an audit of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office tomorrow.

The main point of the suspicion of intervening in the nomination is that Kim and Myung Tae-kyun were involved in the nomination of Kim Young-sun, former lawmaker of the People's Power, during the 2022 by-elections and general elections.

Kang is an aide to former lawmaker Kim who raised suspicions by disclosing various related recordings.Mr. Kang

posted a message on social media last Friday, signaling his attendance at the parliamentary audit.
Along with
, the battle over the prosecution's non-prosecution of Mrs. Kim over the alleged manipulation of Deutsche Motors' stock price is also expected to continue.

Kang Yoo-jung, a spokesman for the Democratic Party of Korea, vowed to impeach Prosecutor General Shim Woo-jung, who cleared her of charges, saying he will do his best to investigate the truth about Kim's allegations until the remaining parliamentary inspection.

Representative Lee Jae-myung's first trial on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act and perjury, which is a month away, is also expected to be an issue.

The day after tomorrow, the ruling party is expected to counter the opposition's offensive, citing the controversy over the delay in Lee's trial, as parliamentary inspection of courts is scheduled at various levels, including the Seoul Central District Court.

President of Yoon Suk Yeol and representative Han Dong-hoon are scheduled to meet tomorrow, right?

[Reporter]
Yes, President Yoon and representative Han will meet at the presidential office tomorrow afternoon.

The process was not smooth until the meeting took place.

There is a subtle war of nerves over the meeting, with the president's office describing it as "a meeting" and representative Han describing it as "a private meeting."

Chief of Staff Jeong Jin-seok is present at this meeting, so it is not strictly a private meeting.
In the beginning of
, Han wanted a one-on-one meeting with the president, but the presidential office demanded Chung's attendance and proposed a four-way meeting involving Park Jung-ha, the chief of staff of the party.

Supreme Council member Kim Jong-hyuk also appeared on the broadcast and mentioned that the president's office responded uncomfortablely to this, so it was organized in a three-way meeting.Representative

said, "It doesn't matter whether there are any attendees, and we are focusing on the meeting between the president and the ruling party representatives."

Kim's issue is expected to be on the main agenda at the conference table.Representative

Han has made three previous requests for personnel reform of the presidential office, suspension of Kim's external activities, and cooperation in the process of identifying suspicions, so the key depends on President Yoon's response.

Within the pro-yoon community, there is already a raging atmosphere over a representative who has raised the level of his remarks on Kim-related issues every day.

As the opposition party is raising the level of the rental struggle by re-issuing the Special Prosecutor Kim Act, both political interest and tension are increasing in this meeting.

The Democratic Party of Korea also made a related position at a meeting a while ago,

The most important thing in this meeting is to make a decision to the special prosecutor Kim, and he stressed that representative Han strongly demanded this and that the president should also respond.

He also urged that at least discussions are needed in the operation of state affairs as the people's livelihood economy is difficult to see.
