In the meantime, Baedal Minjok has proposed a 9.8% commission rate for the top 60% of sales owners, 6.8% for those in the 60-80% range, and 2% for the bottom 20% of sales, but organizations have insisted on lowering commission rates.

The government plans to present an arbitration proposal if a win-win plan is not reached by the win-win consultative body, and if the delivery platform does not accept it, it will be announced as a recommendation.

Han Ki-jung, chairman of the Fair Trade Commission, said earlier that if the delivery app win-win plan falls short of social expectations, the system will be improved through legislation.
