[Company] LH supplies multi-family housing land in Bucheon Yeokgok district

The Korea Land and Housing Corporation, LH, announced that it will supply B2 blocks of apartment land in Bucheon Yeokgok Public Housing District by lottery.

B2 Block is the first multi-family housing site to be supplied by lottery in the district, and it can be built up to 29 floors with a 60% building-to-land ratio and a 250% floor area ratio.

The supply amount is about 304.9 billion won, 22.92 million won per 3.3㎡, and the payment can be paid in installments without interest for five years.
