Dozens of residents evacuated due to Gimpo apartment fire

At around 3:30 p.m. today (26th), a fire broke out on the fifth floor of a 15-story apartment building in Pungmu-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, and was extinguished in 50 minutes.

Dozens of residents were evacuated when the fire broke out, and no one was injured.

The fire department once issued the first stage of the response to mobilize both the personnel and equipment of the competent fire department for a preemptive response, and Gimpo City sent a disaster safety letter asking people to be careful about inhaling smoke.
