The prosecution decided not to indict comedian Kim Byung-man, who was investigated for alleged assault on his ex-wife.
The Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office announced today (20th) that it has not indicted Kim, who was sent on charges of assault and injury.
The prosecution explained that it comprehensively judged the investigation records and evidence.
Earlier this year, Kim's ex-wife filed a complaint with the police earlier this year to the effect that she had been repeatedly assaulted after arguing over family history issues for years.
In the meantime, Kim's side has been fighting the truth, refuting the allegations of assault, not true.
