People who are not eligible have been caught in a number of fraudulent subscriptions in various clever ways to obtain apartment subscriptions.

Disguised registration is basic, and methods such as stealing first-come, first-served supplies to the camouflage divorce were also ingenious.

Reporter Kim Ki-bong reports.

In the second half of last year, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport surveyed 40 suspected apartment complexes and 23,000 households, and 127 cases of illegal subscriptions were found, and various ingenious methods were used.

A, who works for a public company in Gimcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do, with her husband, filed a moving-in report alone in Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and then sold an apartment in Unjeong New Town, Paju, with a special supply for newlyweds.

It is a case of false resident registration to meet the local residential requirements, and 107 cases have been detected this time alone.

I didn't hesitate to get a fake divorce.

Mr. B, who lived with three children in his own house, got divorced by agreement with his husband and sold an apartment with a special supply of multi-child households as a homeless person with three children.

By taking the form of a divorce from a husband with an apartment, it meets the requirements for a houseless house, which is a qualification for special supply.

There were also 16 types of conspiracy between winners of low-rise apartments and implementers with low preference.

It is a method in which the developer conspires with the person who gave up the contract due to the low-rise winning, receives a down payment for one royal unit that has lost its owner due to the ineligible winning, recruits unranked subscriptions without this item, and then signs a contract under the guise of a first-come, first-served supply.

In some cases, they paid North Korean defectors to borrow their names and then received special supply sales for North Korean defectors through proxy subscription and proxy contracts.

In addition, 18 cases of receiving a special supply subscription for "single-parent families" were detected and the winning was canceled because they did not register their marriage even though they lived in a family.

Unfair subscription is subject to criminal punishment of up to three years in prison or a fine of up to 30 million won.

[Jung Soo-ho / Director of Housing Fund, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport: We detected a total of 127 disturbing acts and requested the National Police Agency to investigate. If confirmed as violating the Housing Act, criminal punishment, cancellation of the contract, as well as restrictions on subscription for the next 10 years.

In particular, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport changed the system to a full investigation system from the second half of this year for pre-sale complexes in the Seoul metropolitan area, where subscriptions are overheated.
