The Ministry of Education and the Korea Scholarship Foundation will accept the first application for national scholarships for the first semester of next year from today (21st) to the 26th of next month.
The national scholarship is a scholarship provided to students who meet the grade standards among college students whose monthly income is below a certain level.
In particular, the criteria for support will be expanded from less than 8 sections of income to less than 9 sections from next year, increasing the number of applicants to 1.5 million.
If you are in the 9th section of the new support target, you can receive 1 million won per year, with 1.35 million won per year for the first and second children and 2 million won for the third and higher children.
All university students, including new students, transfer students, and return students, can apply 24 hours a day through the Scholarship Foundation website (https://www.kosaf.go.kr ) or app, and applications will close at 6 p.m. on the 26th of next month.
