Former President Donald Trump refuted Vice President Kamala Harris' attack for instability, saying she is the "most stable person."
Former President Trump appeared on Fox News' morning broadcast on the 18th local time and when asked about his position on Vice President Harris's harsh criticism of him, Harris attacked him, saying, "My IQ is low, I'm not smart."
