The U.S. took a cautious stance, saying that the U.S. still has to undergo its own intelligence evaluation, even in the analysis of the National Intelligence Service, which confirmed North Korea's plan to send troops to Russia.

However, it has been made clear that the cooperation between South Korea and the United States to monitor North Korea is not inconsistent.

Again, the U.S. State Department maintained a cautious stance by using the subjunctive law.

He said the North Korean military dispatch was a reckless and dangerous act 'if true'.

When asked if he did not trust the Korean intelligence authorities who provided specific numbers and information, he answered like this.

[Vedant Patel / U.S. State Department Deputy Spokesperson: This is not a trust issue at all. When U.S. officials talk about these issues, they must provide the most up-to-date and accurate assessments.]

When South Korea and the U.S., which have been closely cooperating in analyzing North Korea's military activities, pointed out that there seems to be a difference this time, the U.S. said it is only conducting its own intelligence analysis.

It does not reflect the analysis of information from other countries.

[Vedant Patel / U.S. State Department deputy spokesman] (The intelligence analysis) does not reflect any other country information. The same goes for Korea or any other country.

NATO's secretary general said he had asked for a South Korean expert to confirm the deployment of North Korean troops in a phone call with Yoon Suk Yeol's president.

{North Korean troops' dispatch' is true after hearing an expert's explanation, he said.

[Marc Rutter / Secretary-General of NATO: President Yoon promised to send South Korean experts to brief the North Atlantic Council and the visit will take place early next week to see if North Korea is actually supporting Russia's illegal war.]

The U.S. has made it clear that there is no disruption in cooperation with South Korea, but that it will issue official confirmations of North Korean military movements after self-analysis.
