With the inflow of strong low pressure, more than 100mm of heavy rain fell around the west coast during the day.

Looking at the situation of the special report, heavy rain warnings are currently being issued in the mountains of southern Gangwon and Ulleungdo,

On top of that, another rain cloud band developed in the central West Sea overnight is expected to flow in, so even in areas where the rain has weakened somewhat, there will be strong rain of 20 to 30 millimeters per hour at one point in the early morning.
