Heungdeok Police Station in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, arrested a foreigner in his 30s accused of wielding a weapon to his ex-wife during an argument.
The police applied for an arrest warrant for A on charges of murder, and the Cheongju District Court decided that there was a risk of escape and issued a warrant.
Mr. A is accused of wielding a weapon and killing the victim when he was rejected to go camping with his children at his ex-wife's house in Osong-eup, Cheongju on the 26th.
