With the inflow of strong low pressure, more than 100mm of heavy rain fell around the west coast during the day.

As the rain cloud moves to the northeast, strong rain clouds are now located around Chungcheong, southern Gangwon, and Yeongnam.

As of 9 p.m., there is heavy rain of more than 50mm per hour on Ulleungdo Island and more than 30mm per hour on Ulsan Nam-gu and Sangju, North Gyeongsang Province.

Currently, heavy rain warnings are in place in Yangsan, Ulsan, and western parts of South Gyeongsang Province, and heavy rain warnings are in place in Busan, Changwon, Gimhae, and the mountains in southern Gangwon Province.

In particular, strong wind warnings are also issued on the Yeongnam coasts such as Busan and Ulsan, so caution is required even with strong winds.

Preliminary special warnings for wind and strong winds are in place not only in Youngnam, but also in all seas and coasts.

Another rain cloud band developed in the central West Sea overnight is expected to flow in, so even in areas where the rain has weakened somewhat, there will be strong rain of 20 to 30 millimeters per hour from late night.

Rain will fall up to 120mm on the east coast and mountains of Gangwon-do by tomorrow, the weekend, 80mm on the Chungcheong and southern coasts, and up to 60mm on inland areas such as the metropolitan area.

In particular, there is a possibility that the first snow will fall tomorrow afternoon, especially in some mountains in Gangwon Province, where the temperature is low.

The rain will gradually stop around the Midwest tomorrow morning, and the east coast of Gangwon-do and the mountains, the south coast of Jeollanam-do will continue until night, and Jeju-do will continue until dawn the day after tomorrow. It's expected to stop.

The temperature is expected to drop sharply as the northern cold comes down from tomorrow afternoon.

It will be the coldest this fall, with 8 degrees in Seoul and 5 degrees in Paju and Cheorwon on Sunday morning.

In particular, in the mountains of Gangwon-do, the temperature drops by nearly 0 degrees Celsius, and there are places where the rain or snow that fell over the weekend freezes, making thin ice on the road.

Even in the middle of the day, inland areas such as Seoul will stay below 20 degrees, making it chilly all day.

The chilly autumn weather will continue next week, with another round of rain expected across the country on Tuesday, starting with the southern part of the country on Monday.
