Police reportedly secured CCTV footage of fast food that the former and current intelligence commanders met to plot martial law.

According to JTBC, former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won and intelligence commander Moon Sang-ho met at a fast food restaurant in Ansan-gu, Gyeonggi-do on the 1st to plot martial law in advance.

The National Police Agency's National Investigation Headquarters' emergency martial law special investigation team secured CCTV footage of the fast food restaurant, and the police reportedly visited the fast food restaurant this morning and delivered an official document on securing CCTV footage.

The two current and former intelligence commanders called Colonel Kim and Colonel Chung from the intelligence agency here and ordered them to secure the Central Election Commission server on the day of martial law.

Colonel Chung said in a police investigation, "I asked him to eat hamburgers and talk," adding, "Former commander Roh said he could secure evidence if he checked the Central Election Commission's server regarding the fraudulent election, and you can go to the Central Election Commission's computer room."

Currently, the police investigating the emergency martial law situation have confirmed the situation in which former intelligence commander Roh Sang-won discussed martial law in advance and requested an arrest warrant.
