Civil petitioners whose personal information was leaked after filing a complaint with the Korea Communications Standards Commission have filed a complaint with the police against employees of the Korea Communications Standards Commission and MBC and Newstapa reporters.

The lawyer for the complainant claimed that the defendants leaked their personal information in connection with the complaint to deliberate on the report of Newstapa's "Kim Man-bae-Shin Hak-rim Interview" transcript. In the

complaint, charges such as personal information protection law and leakage of official information were written.

The complainant said that it did not identify the person who leaked personal information at first, but that it confirmed the statement and filed a complaint at a press conference of the People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy on the 25th of last month.
