With the 2025 college entrance exam just a month away, the morning rush hours of government offices and businesses will be adjusted after 10 a.m. to reduce traffic congestion on the day of the college entrance exam.

The Ministry of Education reported the measures to support the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test at a Cabinet meeting today.

The government has decided to increase subway service in the Seoul metropolitan area from 6 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. and deploy emergency transport vehicles from administrative agencies such as police stations, along with requests for government offices and businesses to adjust their rush hours.

In addition, during the listening evaluation period in the English section of the third period, aircraft and helicopters will not take off and land, and military training such as artillery shooting will be stopped.
