Ruling Party "North Korea Explodes Roads with KRW 180 Billion of Our Blood Tax"

The People's Power criticized North Korea's bombing of the Gyeongui Line and the East Sea Line's inter-Korean connection road on the 15th, saying it was not just a security issue, but that assets containing 180.5 billion won in taxpayers' money were blown up.

Representative Han Dong-hoon stressed at the Supreme Council that the road blast is a clear violation of the inter-Korean agreement and that dialogue with North Korea is necessary, but dialogue should be based on strength, preparedness, and training.

Supreme Council member Kim Jong-hyuk pointed out that the Democratic Party of Korea should face the reality of North Korea, saying that this is the true nature of North Korea, not just the government, to blame the inter-Korean conflict.
