The winners of the pre-subscription for Jeilgyeongchae in the A16 block of Yeongjong International City, Incheon, recently received a notice from the developer saying that they would cancel the pre-supply contract.

The developer, JI Housing, said in a notice that it was canceling the sale project due to unavoidable reasons, such as rising construction material costs and a lack of business feasibility.

The complex conducted pre-subscription for 1,200 households, 85% of all households, in 2022, and 340 households were known to have been affected by the cancellation of the project.
