Moon Da-hye is suspected of illegal lodging business in Jeju...a police investigation at the request of the city

Dahye, the daughter of former President Moon Jae In, who was investigated by the police for drunk driving, is also under investigation by the Jeju police over allegations of illegal lodging business.

Jeju City received a complaint from the National Newspaper early last month that an unreported illegal lodging business was conducted in a detached house owned by Moon in Jeju, and requested the Jeju Autonomous Police Agency to investigate.

Accordingly, the Jeju Provincial Police is investigating whether Moon operated the lodging business without registering for the rural residential lodging business.

The allegations were reportedly raised in August when prosecutors raided a detached house in Jeju to investigate allegations of "preferential airline hiring" of Moon's husband.
