A fire in a 14-story apartment building in Goyang, Gyeonggi-do...34 residents evacuated

A fire broke out on the fourth floor of a 14-story apartment building in Hwajeong-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, at around 1:25 p.m. today (19th).

A woman in her 40s who was alone at home was taken to a hospital after inhaling smoke, and 34 apartment residents were evacuated to the rooftop and the first floor.

As black smoke spread out of the apartment, there were 20 related reports that came into 119.

Fire authorities believe the fire broke out in the living room of the house due to electrical factors.
