Korea Zinc-Youngpoong 'Second Disposition' concludes as early as tomorrow

The results of the provisional disposition applied by Youngpoong, who is in a management dispute with Korea Zinc, will come out as early as tomorrow (21st).

As early as tomorrow, the Seoul Central District Court will announce the results of the application for an injunction against Youngpoong Co., Ltd. against three people, including Korea Zinc Chairman Choi Yoon-beom.

Earlier, Youngpoong filed an injunction with the court to prevent Korea Zinc from buying 3.6 trillion won worth of treasury stocks from the 4th to the 23rd.

After hearing opinions from both sides, the court said it would rush to review the records so as not to cause confusion in the market, and that it would try to reach a conclusion on the 21st.

On the 2nd, the court rejected Youngpoong's request for an injunction against the acquisition of treasury stocks against Chairman Choi.
