The mechanical processing plant in Wanggil-dong, Incheon, caught fire at around 8:40 this morning.

Fire authorities issued the second stage of response at around 11 a.m. and mobilized more than 70 equipment and 150 firefighters to extinguish the fire,

It was lowered to the first stage of response around 2 p.m., and about 95% of the lights have been turned off, so we are now cleaning up the remaining lights.

This is a factory complex where factories are gathered, and the strong wind blew in three directions, causing the fire to spread to the surrounding buildings, increasing the damage.

In addition, the fire spread quickly due to the large number of temporary buildings in the sandwich panel structure, and it is believed that more than 30 buildings were burned according to fire estimates.

Local governments sent information texts and evacuated more than 90 residents out of concern that the fire could lead to wildfires as the embers fell on the nearby mountains,
