In the deepening autumn, the Hanok Village in the city center opened a "cultural field" that anyone can enjoy.

You can enjoy various lectures and performances based on hanok and tradition.

There is an issue reporter on the scene. Reporter Seo Jihyun!

There are a lot of people who visited the Hanok Village?

[Reporter]
Yes, it is.

I'm on the street of Bukchon Hanok Village.

Now, this place is crowded with citizens who went out for an autumn outing. From foreigners wearing

fine hanbok to family visitors, a variety of people are enjoying hanok.

Until today, a variety of Korean cultural festivals will be held around Hanok Village.

This festival is a local festival that creates the diversity of hanok culture by combining neighbors and cultural resources.

It was held to be more considerate and inclusive of various cultures that come and go in Korean uniqueness.

In our traditional space, Hanok, it provides an opportunity for all men and women, men and women, and foreigners to experience various Korean cultures.

Inside the hanok, Korean artists' drawing exhibitions as well as humanities lectures on meaningful topics such as the climate crisis and multiculturalism based on Korean uniqueness will follow.

There are also various performances to try new creations on the stage of 100-year-old hanok.

You can also enjoy different performances that attempted to dismantle and transform Korean traditional dance, multiple arts, and colorful Korean traditional music performances.

Then let's listen to the stories of citizens who visited the Hanok Festival.

[Lee Jun-hoon / Sangin-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu: There was also an exhibition about how hanok was built on the way here. It was great to see that it was displayed so that you can see at a glance that old people built hanok like this.]

[Jo Jae-young / Sangin-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu: Hanok is so pretty that I think I'll come again next time.]

In addition, a "quiet travel campaign" is held throughout the streets of Hanok Village to respect the settlement rights of Hanok Village residents, where numerous tourists come and go every day, so you can see suspension machines with paintings drawn by grandmothers in Bukchon.

The festival will be held on the 11th and will be held until today with a different theme every day for 10 days.

This evening, a network party will be held for residents who are continuing various activities on the stage of Bukchon and Hanok.

It would be nice to experience a different Korean culture with your neighbors in Hanok that goes well with the deepening autumn.

So far, I'm Seo Ji-hyun of YTN in Bukchon Hanok Village.
