The authenticity of the photo has not been confirmed, but it is interpreted whether it is part of a psychological war or evidence of the North Korean military's participation in the war.

Earlier, the Ukrainian media Kyiv Post reported that six North Korean officers were killed in a Ukrainian missile attack in the area.

The National Intelligence Service also released a photo of a suspected North Korean soldier captured with Russian troops near Donetsk on the 18th.
