Apartment prices in Seoul have risen for 31 consecutive weeks...a reduction in the rise

Apartment prices in Seoul have continued to rise for 31 consecutive weeks, while the increase has decreased.

According to weekly apartment price trends across the country in the third week of October released by the Korea Real Estate Agency, Seoul rose 0.09 percent, down from last week's gain of 0.11 percent.

Apartment prices in the Seoul metropolitan area also fell 0.05%, reducing gains and local apartment prices fell 0.02%, the same rate as last week.

Rental prices for apartments nationwide also rose 0.05%, but the increase was lower than last week.

While the increase in apartment lease prices in Seoul and the metropolitan area was 0.09 and 0.10%, respectively, the increase in apartment lease prices in provincial areas remained at 0.01%, the same as last week.
