The Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office is said to have secured mobile phones and others by conducting a search and seizure of the law firm's office and JMS believers, who were recently defended by Jeong.

Earlier, it was suspected that Chung's lawyers copied the recorded files and transcripts submitted by the prosecution to the court with the permission of the appeals court, and a lawyer belonging to a law firm later leaked the recorded files to his followers.

In response, the victim filed a complaint with the prosecution, and the prosecution also said it should consider retrieving the recorded file at the appeal trial.
