Israel's airstrikes in Gaza have killed at least 72 people, and in Lebanon, three people have been killed when an accommodation for journalists was bombed.

The United States has announced that ceasefire negotiations will resume soon, but there is little expectation that results will be made.

I'm reporter Kim Do-won.

The place where the houses used to be turned into rubble overnight.

As the bomb fell in the middle of the night, the people who were sleeping well were laid down.

[Ahmed al-Farrar / Palestinian resident] I was trying to save my mother, but I turned my head and found that the tank was aiming at me. Should I get my mother out? Should I look at the tank? What should I do? It was scary, but I started to take my mother out. Everyone was equally scared, but they kept working on the rescue. Then a drone flew in and attacked us.

Dozens of people have been killed as Israeli attacks continue across Gaza.

In Lebanon, a journalist covering the war was killed in an Israeli airstrike.

Israel ordered an evacuation of the border area and moved to a safe place, but it became an attack target.

[Abbas Sabach / Fellow Journalist] He attacked the journalists himself because he knew they were gathered. Enemies are targeting civilians, journalists as they run out of military targets.

Israel is also not avoiding losses.

Hezbollah fired more than 30 rockets and operated the air defense network, but some fell into the shopping mall, causing casualties.

[Yon Novik / Israeli police official: We have taken the injured to hospital and are trying to restore their daily lives by clearing debris and debris]

Two fronts, Gaza and Lebanon, also saw one death after another.

Unlike the United States, where ceasefire negotiations will resume soon, Israel has vowed to keep fighting.

[Itamar Ben-Gvir / Israeli Minister of National Security: It will not stop. So that they surrender, in God's will, in the south and north, everywhere, until the day of total victory.]

Some in Israel are concerned that Netanyahu seems to be trying to keep troops in Gaza altogether.
