Apartment fire in Sangpyeong-dong, Jeongeup...A man in his 60s dies.

A fire broke out at around 3:20 a.m. today (26th) in a 15-story apartment in Sangpyeong-dong, Jeongeup-si, Jeollabuk-do.

The fire was extinguished in 30 minutes, but a man in his 60s who lived on the third floor was found dead in the living room.

It is understood that Mr. A was living alone in this apartment.

Fire authorities will investigate the exact cause of the fire through on-site inspections.
