Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport confirms increase in winter air operations schedule this year

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has increased the "2024 Winter Air Flight Schedule," which will be applied from today to March 29 next year, from previous years.

During the 2024 winter period, international flights will operate up to 45 countries and 236 routes 4,897 times a week, up 8% from this summer and 14% from last year's winter period.

By route, Japan increased 143 times a week and 12% compared to this summer period, while Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries increased 166 times a week and 14%.

For domestic flights, nine airlines plan to operate a total of 20 routes 1,748 times a week, of which Jeju routes are 1,445 times a week.
