Incheon International Airport Corporation has withdrawn its plan to use a separate door for celebrities, which has caused controversy over preferential treatment, a day before its implementation.

In a press release distributed today (27th), the corporation said it will not implement the "separate door procedure for celebrities who cause overcrowded situations" that was scheduled to be implemented tomorrow (28th) in consideration of various opinions raised in the parliamentary audit and media reports.

He added that he plans to come up with separate measures after sufficient collection of opinions to prevent problems such as the safety of airport passengers and congestion caused by multiple crowding.

An official of the public corporation explained that there were insufficient parts in the process of collecting public opinion, and that various methods will be considered and presented.

Earlier, for the safety of general users, the corporation decided to prepare and implement a new procedure to allow celebrities such as celebrities to use the door dedicated to the departure hall at Incheon International Airport from tomorrow (28th), but some pointed out that it is a preferential treatment for famous celebrities.
