Public rental housing will be provided first to households that have given birth to children within two years from the end of next month.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that it will announce the legislation of the Enforcement Rules of the Special Act on Public Housing and the revision of subordinate laws from tomorrow (28th).

Accordingly, households who have not given birth for less than two years among those eligible for priority supply will be eligible for the first place regardless of their scores.

It is a method of moving in newborn baby households first and then supplying the remaining supplies to those who want to supply first in order of score.

In addition, the area standard according to the number of household members was abolished, allowing households with one or two people to move into a large acreage.

In addition, in the case of "happiness housing," which provides public transportation and access to workplaces at a lower price than the surrounding market price, the maximum residence period will be extended from 6 years to 10 years, and the maximum residence period of happy housing will be increased from 10 years to 14 years if you have children.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that it will implement the reorganization as early as next month or early December after a legislative notice by the 25th of next month.
