Amid an intensifying internal feud over the "special inspector" in the ruling party, representative Han Dong-hoon emphasized the distinction from the opposition party, defining that the power of the people is a party that accepts differences.

The Democratic Party of Korea launched an offensive against representative Han, asking him to stop the political show and approve the independent counsel.

I'll connect you to the National Assembly reporter.

Reporter Kim Da-yeon, please tell us the atmosphere of the ruling party first.

Opinions are divided within the ruling party ahead of a general meeting of lawmakers to discuss the "promotion of a special inspector" that inspects relatives of the president.

Largely, there are many opinions about when to hold a general meeting of lawmakers and whether it is right to pursue a special inspector now.

At a meeting with the younger generation today, Han Dong-hoon seemed to be conscious of the differences, he raised his voice that the power of the people is a party that can freely and openly oppose policies.

At the same time, he emphasized that his opposition to the president is against policies, not individuals.

Floor leader Choo Kyung-ho, who serves as chairman of the general assembly of lawmakers, believes it is not too late to hold a parliamentary audit after it is officially over.

Regardless of the timing of the general meeting of lawmakers, there is a backlash that the special inspector should not be pushed separately, especially by pro-Yoon-gye.

The special inspector said that the party's negotiation strategy has been to proceed in combination with the recommendation of directors of the North Korean Human Rights Foundation, which the Democratic Party feels burdened with, but it should not be pushed arbitrarily.

Until now, it has been customary to approve the general meeting of lawmakers with applause, but the possibility of voting for and against the special inspector is being discussed as there is a wide gap.

Let's also look at the Democratic Party situation.

The Democratic Party is emphasizing the promotion of a special prosecutor, not a special inspector, right?

The Democratic Party has not given up its will to the "special prosecutor" by watching the people's powerhouse fight over the "special inspector," or "special prosecutor."

At a press conference, Supreme Council member Kim Min-seok defined the special inspector as a futile attempt to stop the waves.

The special inspector does not have the right to investigate and has limitations as the subject of the investigation is limited to the president and his spouse's 4th cousin, but he pressured representative Han Dong-hoon to stop the political show and accept the special prosecutor.

The Democratic Party plans to focus on the issue of First Lady Kim and highlight the legitimacy of the special prosecution in the National Assembly's audit of the presidential office on Friday.

On Saturday, he even announced an outdoor rally.

Representative Lee is facing a first trial on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act on the 15th of next month and perjury on the 25th.

Therefore, the Democratic Party of Korea is determined to hold a plenary session on the 14th, the day before the first trial's sentence, and pass the Kim Special Prosecutor Act.

Many view the offensive as a public opinion battle to turn the public's eyes away from the judicial risks of representative Lee Jae-myung.
