Han said at the Supreme Council, "What is the real position of the Democratic Party in blaming the government and the ruling party for various situations related to North Korea's participation in the war?"

Floor leader Choo Kyung-ho also criticized North Korea for threatening world peace by participating in an unprovoked war, while the opposition parties put the blame on the government and use it to attack the regime's retreat.
