The first administrative audit conducted by the Gyeonggi Provincial Council on the governor's secretariat, assistant agencies, and assistant agencies for the deputy governor of the economy was crippled.

Yang Woo-sik (People's Power), chairman of the steering committee, called out the governor's secretariat and 10 aides in the introduction of government officials in attendance, which is the beginning of an administrative audit, but excluded Kim Bong-kyun, senior secretary for cooperation, a member of the deputy governor of the economy.

Lee Hye-won, a member of the People's Power, then said in her remarks at the proceedings, "There is an inappropriate political line to see the executives attending. "Do we have to accept people who are bribery, drunk, and even assaulted, and the criminals who are convicted of six crimes?" he said. "Please let them leave."

The People's Power has been calling on Governor Kim Dong-yeon to withdraw his appointment by taking issue with the previous record of Senior Secretary for Government Affairs Kim.

In response, Lee Yong-wook, vice chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, said, "We attended the last session because we legally requested the attendance of witnesses, but there is a problem with asking for a unilateral exit for personal information," and asked for a adjournment for discussion after pointing out, "It is not right to go too far in political strife at the beginning of the National Assembly."

In the end, the first administrative audit of the governor's secretariat was declared adjourned without going to the full-fledged questioning order.
